Vintage Ground Maintenance Machinery Parts. Genuine Husqvarna 165R cylinder (engine barrel) manufactured by Mahle, casting number 48ZN2 W6. This is an original early 1980s professional-grade Husqvarna part, not reproduction. These Mahle cylinders were used on the heavy-duty 165R clearing saw/brushcutter, a machine built in Sweden for forestry and land clearing work. Hard to find in this condition - ideal for a proper rebuild or restoration.
Removed from a running 165r that had excellent compression as I had used the machine for a day prior to breaking due to a broken gearbox, which at the time I was unable to find a replacement for which was gutting as it was a beautiful machine. Suitable for restoration, repair, or keeping proven machinery in service. Known to fit Husqvarna 165R and believed to also suit Husqvarna 165 chainsaw models using the Mahle 48ZN2 W6 cylinder type.
